How It's Made

Noble 1975 is crafted from 100% blue Weber agave sourced from Mexico's Tequila region and is completely additive-free. The spirits are produced and bottled in Mexico under NOM 1431.

Tasting Notes

Color: Deep amber gold. Aroma: A bouquet of intense, sweet cooked agave, rich vanilla bean, dried fruit like fig and raisin, and dark chocolate, all underscored by deep oak complexity. Palate: Velvety smooth and profoundly rich, with notes of butterscotch, toasted nuts, maple, and dark spice. Finish: Long, warm, and exceptionally refined, offering a graceful fade of oak tannins and lingering sweetness.
