Surrounded by undeveloped coastline and old-growth redwood forests, the distillery is a certified-organic operation that prioritizes organic ingredients and low-impact production, using Humboldt County's water sources (about 60% of what's in every bottle). The lineup spans organic vodka, a hemp-infused vodka, and a full range of rum, whiskey, and brandy, all USDA Organic and Non-GMO. The distillery partners with the California Coastkeeper Alliance through its Toast to the Coast campaign, donating a portion of proceeds from Organic Vodka sales to support clean waterways.
