Griffo special-ordered its custom copper still, nicknamed Betty, from Vendome Copper & Brass in Kentucky, adding several extra ports so the distillery could capture more data throughout the distillation process for next-level quality and precision.
Tasting Notes
Incredibly smooth with a nose of sweet grasses, soft corn on the palate, and a round, viscous mouthfeel.
