Sharing the best of California wine country, Griffo Distillery makes award-winning spirits using local ingredients that reflect the beauty and bounty of Sonoma County. Based in Petaluma, California, Griffo produces a variety of premium spirits and seasonal creations.
How We Make It
Griffo special-ordered its custom copper still, nicknamed Betty, from Vendome Copper & Brass in Kentucky, adding several extra ports so the distillery could capture more data throughout the distillation process for next-level quality and precision.
