Craft Rum

Rum is distilled from sugarcane, most often from molasses and sometimes from fresh cane juice. Where it is made, how it is fermented and how long it rests in barrels all change the result, which is why rum covers everything from clean white rums to heavy, funky aged bottlings.

Some of the rums on DiscoCraft are distilled in California by producers like Humboldt Distillery, Calwise Spirits and Seven Caves Spirits, and Mainland Rum focuses on rum distilled in the United States. Others come from independent bottlers such as Roaming Road Spirits, Spinnaker Rum and Bedford Park select single casks from distilleries around the world and bottle them with the origin and age on the label.
