Our Story
Root Elixirs makes sparkling, flavor-forward cocktail and mocktail mixers for people who want the drink to feel finished without spending the night making it. Every flavor is made to work beautifully with a favorite spirit or completely on its own: real ingredients, layered flavor, and a beautiful pour in seconds.
The Founders
Root Elixirs grew out of founder Dominique Gonzales's years in hospitality, where the best drinks were never complicated just to be complicated. They were balanced, thoughtful, and made the person holding the glass feel cared for. The part that didn't translate home was the prep: fresh citrus, syrups, specialty ingredients, and half-used bottles. Root Elixirs was built as the shortcut to that same considered experience.
How We Make It
Built on real ingredients (fruit, citrus, botanicals, and flavor combinations with dimension, not candy-sweet shortcuts) and layered flavor designed to taste finished straight from the can, whether mixed with a spirit or kept zero-proof.
