Our Story
You & Yours Distilling Co. calls itself California's first urban destination distillery, in San Diego's East Village. Every spirit is distilled onsite in their custom hybrid still with the freshest ingredients, alongside a tasting room, distillery tours, and cocktail classes built around a seasonally rotating, locally sourced cocktail menu. Their stated mission is to make the spirits industry accessible, beautiful, and delicious.
The Founders
Founded by Laura Johnson after nearly three years of planning. Johnson was named to Forbes' 2018 30 Under 30: Food & Drink list and was a 2018 Eater Young Guns semifinalist, and was profiled by Food & Wine in "The Secret to My Success: Laura Johnson, Founder and Distiller."
How We Make It
All spirits are distilled onsite in a custom hybrid still, base spirits are grape-distilled rather than grain, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
