What began as a single bottle of locally distilled vodka has grown into 619 Spirits North Park, a full distillery, restaurant, and cocktail bar pairing craft vodka and spirits with scratch-made American food. Today it isn't just a distillery, it's a neighborhood destination where San Diego gathers to eat, drink, and celebrate.

619 Spirits was founded in 2017 by Nick and Kristen Apostolopoulos, who set out to create a locally distilled, smooth, award-winning vodka. That original bottle of 619 Vodka became a Southern California favorite and eventually grew into the North Park distillery and restaurant the couple runs together today.
How It's Made
619's base spirit is distilled 12 times and filtered 5 times in-house at the North Park distillery. Flavored expressions are then infused with real ingredients, rose petals, dill pickles, scorpion peppers, farm-picked cucumbers, or cold-brewed coffee, rather than artificial flavoring.

Cocktail Applications
Espresso MartiniRecipe
- 2 oz 619 Coffee Vodka
- 1 oz Freshly Brewed Espresso
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Ice Cubes
- Coffee Beans, for garnish
Chill a martini glass. Shake the coffee vodka, cooled espresso, and simple syrup vigorously with ice for 15-20 seconds. Strain into the chilled glass and garnish with three coffee beans.
Black GoldRecipe
- 2 oz 619 Coffee Vodka
- 4 oz Cola
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- Ice Cubes
- Lime Wheel, for garnish
Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour in the coffee vodka and cola, add fresh lime juice, stir gently, and garnish with a lime wheel.
