Our Story

Fallen Barrel House is an independent bottler of American whiskey and spirits, exclusively from distilleries that no longer produce. Each release is sourced from once-active operations, now quiet, where the barrels left behind continue to mature untouched and untampered with. These are not recreations or continuations. They are the remaining barrels of distilleries that have already said their last word. No new barrels will follow. No second runs will emerge. What exists today is all that will ever exist. Selected and bottled at peak character, each cask carries the imprint of its origin, its methods, its materials, its moment in time. The result is a collection defined not by replication, but by finality. Bottled in Los Angeles.
